【課題】封止樹脂としてのポッティング剤の使用量を可能なる限り少なくして防水性能を高めた制御装置の防水構造を提供すること。 【解決手段】プリント基板53が内装された制御装置50の防水構造において、第1ケース54と、この第1ケース54の開口部を塞ぐ第2ケース55とで形成し、前記第1ケース54と第2ケース55との連結部には防水手段を備えると共に、前記第2ケース55には、前記プリント基板53を外部装置と電気接続するハーネス56を引き出すコネクタ部55aを設け、さらに、前記防水手段は、前記第1ケース54の側面54aに圧接させるリブを有する第1シール部58を前記第2ケース55に形成し、前記プリント基板53に対する前記コネクタ部55aの内端面55bに第2シール部60を形成した構成としてある。 【選択図】図3
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a controller in which waterproof performance is enhanced by reducing the amount of a potting agent used as a sealing resin as much as possible.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of a controller 50 incorporating a printed circuit board 53 is formed of a first case 54, and a second case 55 closing the opening of the first case 54. Waterproof means is provided at the coupling part of the first case 54 and second case 55, the second case 55 is provided with a connector 55a for pulling out a harness 56 connecting the printed circuit board 53 electrically with an external device. Furthermore, the waterproof means is configured to form a first seal portion 58, having a rib being pressed against the side face 54a of the first case 54, in the second case 55, and to form a second seal portion 60 on the inner end face 55a of the connector 55a with respect to the printed circuit board 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
